2022 Update
The conversion process is no longer actively support by Powtoon. While you can still attempt to convert a Powtoon to HTML5, any problems that arise can no longer be supported by theee Powtoon team.
If you created Powtoons using Classic Studio (Powtoon's previous Flash Editor), you can convert these Powtoons to HTML5, making them compatible with Powtoon's current Editor.
As Powtoons created with Classic Studio (Flash) are no longer supported in Powtoon, it is important that you convert those Powtoons that you would like to continue accessing in the future.

Why should I convert my Powtoons before March 31st?
If you convert a Flash Powtoon and you aren’t satisfied with the result in HTML5, you can still use the Classic Studio to make edits and perhaps improve the conversion. After March 31st, no Flash edits will be possible.
If the Flash Player pages aren't supported, how will people be able to view my Classic Powtoons after March 31st?
Flash players may continue to work after March 31st, but we will no longer guarantee this. Additionally, Adobe — the makers of Flash — will no longer support Flash as of 2020.
The only way to guarantee that people will be able to view your Classic Powtoons after March 31st is to convert your Powtoons to HTML5.

If I don’t convert my Powtoons before March 31st, what should I do?

The conversion process is failing. What should I do?
Powtoon no longer provides support for the conversion process. Any Powtoon that does not convert successfully through the website, cannot be converted to HTML5.
