If you've created a template for your Powtoons that you would like others to use, you can easily send it to them. By doing so, the template recipients will save time and effort and you will all be able to ensure a consistent look and feel to your Powtoons.
You can send your template to any person using Powtoon. If the person does not yet have a Powtoon account, they'll be prompted to sign up for an account and then can access your template.
Note that if the person receiving the template makes changes to it, it will not affect the original template that you created.
- Go to the Powtoon Workspace.
- In your Toolbox (My Powtoons), locate the template that you want to send.
► If the template was not saved recently, you will need to click View all to see all your content. - Click the three dots by the template and then select Send as a template.
- Enter the recipient's email address (one or more). Press Enter after each email address.
- Click Send as a Template.
A copy of the template is sent and your recipient receives an email notification.
After clicking the link in the email, recipients are redirected to their Workspace (New or Classic, depending on preference). The template is displayed in the My Powtoons list, according to the date received.
