Swapping a Voiceover

Once you have added a voiceover to your entire Powtoon or to a specific slide, you can swap that voiceover for a different one. 

Swapping a Voiceover from the sound control panel

 
  1. Click the sound control button.

The Sound Control panel will open.

3. Click the Swap (2023-02-16_11-07-08.png) icon in the Sound Control panel.

Your personal library of voiceovers ('My Voiceovers') will open, enabling you to select a different voiceover.

Note:
You can also upload a new voiceover to replace the current one by clicking Add voiceover in this library.

4. Upload a new voiceover or select one from your library by clicking Use to the right of the
     voiceover name.

The voiceover will be swapped in your Powtoon and the Sound Control panel will be displayed.

Swapping a Voiceover from the Timeline

If you have added a voice-over onto a specific slide, you can swap it following very similar steps to the process above.

  1. Locate the voice-over you want to Swap, and click on it.

  2. Click the Swap (2023-02-16_11-07-08.png) icon in the Sound Control panel.

  3. Your personal library of voiceovers ('My Voiceovers') will open, enabling you to select a different voiceover.

    Note:
    You can also upload a new voiceover to replace the current one by clicking Add voiceover in this library.

The voiceover will be swapped in your Powtoon directly onto the timeline.
