After you have finished a Powtoon, or no longer wish to collaborate, you can un-share the Powtoon, which will remove access to edit your Powtoon.
Un-Sharing a Powtoon
- From the Toolbox, click on the My Powtoons tab.
- Locate the Powtoon you would like to share, and click on the three vertical dots.

- Click on Share, then click on Edit.
- Locate the user you would like to remove, and click Edit.
- Click Remove.
Once the permission has been revoked, the user will no longer be able to access or edit the Powtoon.
