If you have a paid subscription plan (Pro, Pro+, Agency, Educational), you can download your Powtoon to an MP4 file.
You can use the MP4 download functionality in two ways:
- If you've already created the Powtoon, you can begin the download directly from your Workspace.
- If you've downloaded the Powtoon to MP4 format in the past, you can easily download the video again.
- Go to the Powtoon Workspace.
- In your Toolbox (My Powtoons), locate the Powtoon that you want to download.
► If the Powtoon was not saved recently, you will need to click View all to see all your content.
- Click the three dots by the Powtoon and then select Download MP4.
The Powtoon in MP4 format is downloaded to your computer.
► If the Powtoon was already downloaded in the past, the current download to your computer is immediate.
► If the Powtoon was already downloaded in the past, the current download to your computer is immediate.
► If the Powtoon is being downloaded for the first time, the message below is displayed while the file is downloading:
Once the file has been downloaded to your computer, you'll also receive an email with the download link.
The qualities of your downloaded file are defined according to the subscription plan that you hold.
