Using Google Drive to Manage Your Powtoons

Google Drive, Google's cloud-based storage and collaboration service, can be integrated with Powtoon in order to provide file management capabilities.
When you integrate your Powtoon account with Google Drive, you'll be able to:

   ► Automatically sync the Powtoons in your account to your Google Drive.
   ► Organize your Powtoons in your Google Drive according to your preferences.
   ► Make changes to your Powtoons and see the changes reflected in your Google Drive folders.

Connecting Your Google Drive to Powtoon

  1. Navigate to your Google Drive in your browser.
  1. Click+ New.
  1. Select More and then Connect more apps.
  1. Search for Powtoon.
    ► You can also click here to directly access the Powtoon app in the G Suite Marketplace.
  1. Click+ CONNECT in the Powtoon listing.
  1. In your Google Drive, click+ New and then selectMore ➤ Powtoon.
  1. Select the Google account that you want to connect to Powtoon.
  1. Click Allow.
The My Powtoons folder, containing all your existing Powtoons, is added to your Google Drive.
You can access and open your Powtoons directly from this folder.

Viewing Your Powtoons in Your Google Drive

Your Powtoons are displayed in the My Powtoons folder, that was created in the setup process. According to your preferences, you can leave the Powtoons in this folder or move them to other folders in your Google Drive.

Syncing Your Powtoons to Your Google Drive

When you perform any of the following actions in your Powtoon account, the action is immediately reflected in your Google Drive:

   ► Create a new Powtoon
   ► Delete a Powtoon
   ► Rename a Powtoon
 
Note:
When you delete or rename a Powtoon in your Google Drive, the action is not reflected in your Powtoon account.
