Is My Firewall Blocking Powtoon?

In order to be able to use Powtoon, you need to configure your organization's firewall to whitelist all the websites used for running Powtoon.

Whitelisting a website means that you are telling your firewall that the website is secure to use and that it can be accessed.

To test your connection to the required websites, click the following link:
https://www.powtoon.com/connections-test/

After running the test, the following icon should appear next to each website address : 

• A website address not marked  should be reported to your network administrator, with a request that the blocked address be whitelisted.

• If all the website addresses are marked  and a problem persists, contact our Customer Support Team.
