Here are step-by-step guidelines on how to get the appropriate info.
In your browser, remain on the page where the problem is occurring.
- Open the DevTools panel. Depending on your computer, use one of the following key combinations:
► Mac: Cmd + Option + I
► PC: Ctrl + Shift + I
- Select the Console tab and right-click anywhere in the Dev Tools and click Save As
► It's recommend to save this text file to your downloads folder. Please attach this file in your reply to the Powtoon support team
- Select the Network tab.
- Refresh your browser, and reproduce the issue that you were experiencing before.
- When the issue has occurred, click on the option to Export HAR file
