To see when your subscription plan is scheduled to renew:
- Log in to your Powtoon account.
- Hover over your name in the bottom left corner and then click ACCOUNT.
- Click Billing Information.
- Note the date of your next invoice. Your subscription plan will renew on that date, after expiring one day before.
In the example below:
The subscription plan will renew and the next invoice will be billed on May 3, 2019,after expiring on May 2, 2019.
