Although we would be very sorry to see you go, you can cancel your subscription plan at any time.
Important:
If you are canceling an annual plan, the plan will be active until the end of the annual subscription.
If you are canceling a monthly plan, the plan will be active until the end of the month.
If you are canceling a monthly plan, the plan will be active until the end of the month.
- Log in to your Powtoon account.
- Hover over the user symbol in the bottom right corner and then select Account.

- In the Active plans section, hover over the plan that you want to cancel until cancel plan is displayed.
- Click cancel plan.
- Fill in the cancellation form with your feedback and submit your request.
