I'm a Student and Forgot My Password

This article is relevant only for students who joined Powtoon after receiving an invitation from their teachers.
If you don't remember your password when trying to log in to Powtoon, do not click Forgot your password? on the login page.

Instead, contact Powtoon Customer Support. In the ticket that you submit, provide your username and the name of the last Powtoon that you worked on (for verification purposes).
 
Our Customer Support Team will send you back a temporary password, after which you can change it.
