I'm a student. How do I submit an assignment to my teacher?

Once your teacher has added you to their Powtoon classroom, you can submit your completed Powtoon to them directly from your Workspace. Your teacher will see the submission on their classroom page, ready for review.

Who this is for: Students who have already been added to a teacher's Powtoon classroom.

How to submit an assignment to your teacher

To submit a Powtoon as a classroom assignment, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Powtoon account and go to your Workspace.
2. On your My Powtoons page, locate the Powtoon you want to submit.
   • ► If the Powtoon does not appear in your recent content, click View all to see your full library.
3. Click the three-dot menu icon on the Powtoon thumbnail, then select Assign To…
4. Click the name of the classroom you want to submit your Powtoon to.
5. Click Submit.

Your Powtoon is now submitted. It appears on your teacher's classroom page, ready for their review.

Classroom notes

Note: You must be enrolled in at least one classroom before the Assign To… option appears. If you do not see any classrooms listed at step 4, ask your teacher to confirm that you have been added to their classroom.

Note: Submitting a Powtoon does not remove it from your Workspace. Your original Powtoon remains in your My Powtoons page after submission.
