New Timeline Improvements

The timeline now supports 0.25 second time intervals, giving you more creativity for timing the entrance and exit of your characters and text.

The 20 second slide limit has been removed, to help simplify your workflow by allowing you to add more objects and text to each slide, while using less slides overall.
