What Are Credits?

Credits are the currency used within our platform to generate AI Avatars, and to generate AI Text to Speech. Each time you create or customize an avatar, a specific number of credits is required. Think of credits as tokens that you spend to unlock the power of our AI technology.

How Do Credits Work?

  1. Purchasing Credits:

    • You can purchase credits directly through our platform. Credits come in various packages, allowing you to choose the amount that best fits your needs. Some of our premium subscription include credits. If you run out, you can always get more.
    • Once purchased, credits are added to your account balance and can be used immediately.

  2. Using Credits:

    • Each generation of an AI Avatar costs a certain number of credits. The number of credits required can vary based on the complexity and customization options you choose.
    • When you create a new avatar, the required credits are deducted from your account balance.
    • You can always check your current balance in your account dashboard.

Text to Speech : 2 Credits per generation
AI Avatar : 5 credits per 30 seconds (rounded up to nearest half minute).

Checking Your Balance:

      • You can view your current credit balance at any time by logging into your account and navigating to the credits section.

  2. Adding More Credits:

    • If you run low on credits, you can easily purchase more directly from your account dashboard.
    • Choose the package that fits your needs, complete the payment, and your credits will be instantly available.

  3. Expiration and Usage:

    • Credits expire when your subscription ends. To roll over any unused credits, make sure to continue renewing your subscription.
