You can send a copy of your Powtoon to any person using Powtoon. If the person you're sending your Powtoon to does not have a Powtoon account, they'll be prompted to sign up for an account and then can access your Powtoon.
Note that only a copy of your Powtoon is sent. The person receiving your Powtoon can make changes to the Powtoon but they will not affect the original Powtoon.
- Go to the Powtoon Workspace.
- In your Toolbox (My Powtoons), locate the Powtoon that you want to send.
- Click the three dots by the Powtoon and select Send a copy.
- Enter the recipient's email address (one or more).
► If you are sending to more than one recipient, press Enter after each email address.
- Click Send a copy.
A copy of the Powtoon is sent and your recipient receives an email notification.
After clicking the link in the email, recipients are redirected to their Workspace. The sent Powtoon is displayed in the list, according to the date received.
