How to download your Powtoon as an MP4 file

You can download any Powtoon as an MP4 file directly from your Workspace. This feature is available on paid subscription plans only — Lite, Professional, Advanced, Pro+, Agency, and Business.

What you need before you start

To download a Powtoon as an MP4 file, you must have an active paid subscription plan. If you are on a free or trial plan, this option will not be available.

Downloading a Powtoon as an MP4 file from the Workspace

To download your Powtoon as an MP4 file, follow these steps from your Workspace:

1. Go to your Workspace (My Powtoons page).
2. Locate the Powtoon you want to download.
   • ► If the Powtoon does not appear in your recent content, click View all to see your full content library.
3. Click the three-dot menu icon on the Powtoon thumbnail.
4. Select Download MP4 from the menu that appears.

The export process will begin. Once the MP4 file has finished processing and downloaded to your computer, you will also receive an email containing the download link.

Notes

Note: The email with the download link is sent to the address associated with your Powtoon account. Check your spam or junk folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.

Note: Export processing time varies depending on the length and complexity of your Powtoon. You do not need to keep the browser window open while the file processes.
