If you use YouTube to host your videos, you can upload your Powtoon directly to your YouTube channel.
You can begin your upload from within the Studio or after previewing your Powtoon.

Uploading from the Studio
- In the Powtoon Studio, click Export.
► If you exported this Powtoon in the past, Publish appears on the button.
- Select YouTube.
- Click Add Account to connect your YouTube channel and give permission to Powtoon to upload videos to your YouTube channel.
► If you have already done this, select your account.
- Set the YouTube privacy settings for your Powtoon and then click Next.
► These YouTube privacy settings control where your video can appear and who can watch it.
They are not connected to the Powtoon privacy settings (next step) that define whether your
Powtoon can be found in search engines.
- Define the export details:
- Select the Powtoon's category.
- Set the Powtoon as Public (searchable) or Unlisted. For more information, see Making Your Powtoon Private.
- When you are done, click Next.
- Define the quality details:
- Define whether to hide or show the Powtoon watermark on your video.
- Select the video resolution quality.
- When you are done, click Upload Powtoon.
- After the upload process completes successfully, a message is displayed on the Powtoon player page. Click YouTube to view your Powtoon.
You'll also receive an email with a link to view the Powtoon.
In YouTube, your Powtoon is uploaded to your YouTube channel, as in the example below:
Uploading from the Preview Player
- In the Powtoon Studio, click Preview.
- After previewing your Powtoon, click Export.
- Click YouTube.
- Click Add Account to connect your YouTube channel and give permission to Powtoon to upload videos to your YouTube channel.

- Set the YouTube privacy settings for your Powtoon and then click Next.
