As a HubSpot user, you can upload your Powtoon directly to your HubSpot account and then harness the power of your Powtoon in your inbound marketing campaigns.
Important:
1. Before you can upload your Powtoon, you will need to authorize your HubSpot account to
allow uploads from Powtoon. This is done only once.
2. If you have more than one HubSpot account, you can connect only one of them at a time
to your Powtoon username.

Exporting your Powtoon
- In the Powtoon Studio, click Preview & Export.
If you have already exported this Powtoon, Publish will appear on the button.
Your Powtoon will preview automatically.

3. In the Upload section, click HubSpot.

If this is the first time that you are exporting to HubSpot, the page below will be displayed.
Click Add Account and give permission to Powtoon to upload videos to your HubSpot account.

4. If you have already given permission to Powtoon, click Next.
5. Update the details of your Powtoon and click Next.
6. Define the quality settings of your Powtoon and click Upload Powtoon.
After the export process has completed, a confirmation message will be displayed, informing you that your Powtoon has been successfully exported.
Once the Powtoon has been successfully uploaded to HubSpot, a second confirmation message will appear on this page:
Together with the confirmation message, you'll also receive an email, as displayed below:
Accessing your Powtoon in HubSpot

If you are a HubSpot Premium user:
Your Powtoons will be added to your File Manager.
If you are a HubSpot Free user:
You will be able to access your Powtoons by clicking the attachment icon (on all relevant HubSpot forms) and then selecting Choose from shared files.
