How do I add tags and a description to my Powtoon?

When you export a Powtoon, you can add a name, description, and tags before publishing. These details help you organize and identify your Powtoon on your My Powtoons page later.

Before you start

Open the Powtoon you want to export in Powtoon Studio. Have your name, description, and tags ready before you begin the Export flow.

Steps

1. In Powtoon Studio, click Export in the top-right corner.
2. Under Publish to, select My Powtoons.
3. Enter a name for your Powtoon in the name field.
4. Add a description in the description field.
5. Enter your tags in the tags field. Separate each tag with a comma to add multiple tags.
6. Complete the remaining steps in the Export flow to publish your Powtoon.

Note: You can add as many tags as you need. Each tag must be separated by a comma — for example: marketing, Q3, team-update.

What happens next

After you add tags and a description to your Powtoon and complete the Export flow, your Powtoon is published with the name, description, and tags you entered. You can use these details to search for and organize your Powtoon on your My Powtoons page.
