How to cancel your subscription plan

You can cancel your Powtoon subscription plan at any time from your account page. After you cancel, your plan remains active with all paid features until the end of your current billing period — it will not renew.

What happens when you cancel

Cancelling your subscription stops the plan from renewing at the next billing date. You keep access to all the features included in your paid plan until that date passes. After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the free tier.

How to cancel your subscription plan

1. Log in to your Powtoon account.
2. Go to your Account Info page.
3. Scroll to the Active plans section and hover over the plan you want to cancel. The Cancel plan option appears.
4. Click Cancel plan.
5. Fill in the cancellation form with your feedback and submit your request.

Once your request is submitted, your plan will not renew at the next billing date. You retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Notes

1. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, not immediately.
2. If you have multiple active plans, repeat these steps for each plan you want to cancel.
