It is no longer possible to purchase a plan with class management features.
If you have purchased a Classroom plan that contains Class Management features—you can start setting up your classroom.
You'll begin by adding a classroom group to your account and then inviting students to that group.

To get started, log in to your account and then click Classroom on the left side of the page.
Adding a Group
- Click Add group.
- a. Type the group name.
b. Type a short description of the group.
c. Mark the checkbox if the students in this group are permitted to export to YouTube.
- Click Submit.
The new group is added to the My Groups section.
Adding Students to a Group
After you've created the group, you can invite students to join.
Copy and send the group link to all the students that you want to invite.

Note:
Students' participation in Powtoon classrooms is in accordance with COPPA guidelines. As such, students do not need to provide an email address when signing up; only a username and a password.
The link sent to the student opens up the following sign-up page, where the student signs up for a Powtoon account and joins the relevant group.
Viewing Assignments Submitted by Students
Your students can create Powtoons and submit them for your review. The Powtoons they submit can all be accessed from this page.
- In the relevant group, click the name of the student whose assignment you want to view.
- Locate the relevant submission and then click View.
The student's Powtoon plays in the Powtoon player page.
