Can't log in to your Powtoon account? Start here

If you can't log in to your Powtoon account, two issues account for most login failures: your account has not been activated yet, or you're using a different email address than the one you signed up with. Work through the checks below before contacting support.

Check 1: Confirm your account is activated

When you create a Powtoon account, Powtoon sends a verification email to the address you used at sign-up. Your account is not active until you open that email and click the verification link.

1. Check your inbox for a verification email from Powtoon.
2. Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
3. Open the email and click the verification link to activate your account.
4. Return to the Powtoon login page and try signing in again.

Check 2: Confirm you're using the correct email address

If your account is already activated but you still can't log in, you may be entering a different email address than the one you used to sign up.

1. Try any other email addresses you may have used when creating your account.
2. If you signed up using Google or another social login, use that login method instead of entering your email and password directly.
