What happens to your Powtoons after the 4-day gift expires?

When the 4-day gift period ends, your Powtoons are not deleted and your access does not change. Every Powtoon you create is tied to the email address you used to sign up, and it stays saved in your Workspace regardless of whether the gift period is active.

What happens to your Powtoons when the gift expires

The 4-day gift expiration does not remove any content from your account. Your Powtoons remain in your Workspace exactly as you left them. You can continue to edit, share, or Export them at any time after the gift period ends.

Your content is associated with your account email address, not with the gift period itself. As long as you sign in with the same email address you used to create the Powtoon, your content will be there.

How to access your Powtoons after the gift expires

1. Sign in to your Powtoon account using the email address you used when you created the Powtoon.
2. Go to your Workspace.
3. Locate the Powtoon you created during the 4-day gift period.
4. Continue editing, sharing, or Exporting the Powtoon as needed.

Team and collaborator access

If you work with a team, the gift expiration does not affect collaborator access to shared content. Powtoons created during the gift period stay in the Workspace, and anyone with the appropriate Workspace permissions can continue to view or work with them after the gift expires.

Workspace access is governed by the permissions set on your account, not by the gift period. If a collaborator cannot access a Powtoon after the gift expires, check that their Workspace permissions are correctly configured.

Note: The 4-day gift period affects feature access on your plan, not the existence or ownership of your Powtoons. Content you created during the gift period remains yours and stays saved in your Workspace.
