The monochromatic filter will change the color and objects and characters in the Studio. When the filter is applied, it will change the entire object or character to a single color scheme.
You will know if an object or character can have the monochromatic filter applied, if it has the 3 overlapping circles symbol -
Using the Color Filter on an Object
- Select the object that you want to apply the filter to. In the scene below, the cake is selected.
- Click the object's Color Filter icon to display the color picker.
- Select the filter color. In the image below, a green filter is applied to the cake.
Using the Color Filter on an Character
- Select the character that you want to apply the filter to. In the scene below, the character is selected.
- Click the object's Color Filter icon to display the color picker.
- Select the filter color. In the image below, an pink filter is applied to the character.
Removing the Color Filter
The filter can be removed by selecting an object that has a filter applied, and clicking Clear Filter. You can identify an object with a active filter, according to the blue 3 overlapping circles symbol - .
- Select the character that you want to remove the filter from.
- Click the object's Color Filter icon to display the color picker.
- Click Clear Filter.
Character families that cannot use the Monochromatic Filter
The Monochromatic filter cannot be applied to all the character families. Please see a list of the character families below, that cannot use the filter.
